Anyone else loving the animal print trend? I know I am and I used to think that it was more of a fall and winter trend because cheetah print has more dark colors and is better for fall. However, there are so many different patterns of cheetah print and other animal prints that you can totally rock in the spring and summer and today I am going to share a few with y’all!
Let’s start with the dress above. What makes this dress great for summer is the white in the dress. Also, the ruffles and how much movement the dress has makes the dress more of a spring/summer dress. You would be surprised how versatile this dress is and how many ways you can style it. I think sometimes, women can think that patterns cannot be versatile so they stay away from them because they think they will not get a lot of wear out of the item. I am here to tell you, that is false! You can belt this dress to give it more shape (I like to do that, it is super cute). You can also throw on a jean jacket to make it casual and even wrap the jacket around your waist. A cute way to wear this for a dressier look is to throw on a leather jacket and black wedges and a black belt! Such a cute look for a girls night or date night!

Okay ladies, this next look makes me wish I had a big girl job already HA! I am obsessed with this blouse! I got it from the Nordstrom anniversary sale about 2 years ago but I will link the short sleeve version of this top because it is just so dang flattering! This top works for the summer because of how light the print is. I just paired it with white denim because I am obsessed with how it looks together but you could definitely pair this top with some black slacks, a skirt, jeans, white paper-bag pants, I’ve done it all and they are just adorable!

For my last look, I bought this cutie deer print skirt and I posted this skirt on Instagram a while back and y’all went crazy for this skirt! I go crazy for it too, it’s just adorable! Swing skirts like this are the BEST for summer and so so comfy! This skirt is an Amazon find and I suggest for all my shorties to size down one because this sucker is long! I rolled mine once to make it shorter but I wish I had sized down. I love this look for a casual date night or brunch with my gf’s or sorority formal chapter! I decided to throw on a belt with the skirt today and whoa y’all, SO CUTE! Sometimes you just have to try and mix and match clothes and accessories! Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t but it’s just so fun to play dress up in your own closet!
